An accelerated 5-day program for consultants and trainers taking their work to the next level, where participants will experience a multi-leveled way of learning how to use the Enneagram in organizations from start to finish. This robust, hands-on consulting program fully integrates the Enneagram with organizational consulting projects, where participants work in consulting teams with real clients who have organizational needs that the Enneagram, combined with other organizational technologies, can help resolve. Even if you are not currently a consultant, trainers and coaches also need this perspective and skill set when working with the Enneagram in organizations.

Open only to past participants of Ginger’s Train-the-Trainer or Coaching certificate programs, or to individuals well versed in the Enneagram and training, coaching or consulting.

Program hours are 8 am to 6 pm each day. The last day ends at 3:30 p.m.
