Adelaida is an authorized teacher of the Enneagram Institute and graduate of the Enneagram in Business Train-the-Trainer and Coaching with the Enneagram programs, as well as a past presenter at the International Enneagram Association (IEA) conference in 2011. She has a broad experience in working with groups of all sizes. Using the Enneagram, she developed a whole new system of intervention in the school system based on the new Complementary Leadership Concept. Most recently, she introduced the Enneagram to an important full-service restaurant organization at Brinker International and Darden Restaurants Inc.
Presently with the Enneagram Coaching Center of Mexico, Adelaida conducts regular open Enneagram workshops and also hosts a weekly radio show in Mexico City called “CONOCETE con el Eneagrama” (Know Yourself with the Enneagram).
