Gema’s education includes BSc in Chemistry, a Masters in Environmental Engineering, and a Masters in Human Resources Management. Coupled with her technical background, Gema has also held key management positions, which involved the management of diverse teams across Europe with different languages and cultures. In addition, she has completed Enneagram certification programs with David Daniels, Ginger Lapid-Bogda, Mario Sikora, Russ Hudson, and Uranio Paes.
In 2004, she joined Irish-based Maybe International Creative Consultancy, and is currently the director of their Spanish office. She is also Director of the Certificación Internacional en Eneagrama Aplicado of People Potential International, a Enneagram school accredited by the IEA. Gema works primarily in the following areas: leadership; creativity and innovation; relationship building and conflict; negotiating and Influencing; emotional intelligence; meeting facilitation; teamwork and communications; and organizations development. Gema has great passion for the Enneagram and its application to the business world, and also uses the Enneagram for her own development and in her work to empower individuals and organizations to improve performance and to respond to their reality in the most effective, creative, responsible, and human way.

Margarita Guerra is an expert coach, trainer, and teacher of the Enneagram, as a professional accredited by the International Enneagram Association and certified as a professional Coach by the International Coach Federation, with an extensive experience in Team Coaching and Executive Coaching and teaching.
For over 10 years Margarita has worked as a Legal Advisor for different multinational companies based in Spain, mainly in the acquisition and negotiation of software and media rights and supporting M&A operations in Europe and Asia. She is specialized in conflict resolution and since then she has been working as a trainer and coach for many important companies in Spain, like Carrefour, LeasePlan, Adolfo Dominguez, among others, and teaching the Enneagram inside and outside the organizations. She is co-author of the book “Negociador 365” that is about Negotiation based on the Enneagram
She is partner and founder of Goose Talent Institute and currently is serving as President of the Board in the Spain Affiliate of the International Enneagram Association. She also collaborates as a professor in coaching skills in the European University, University School of Real Madrid. She is co-author of the book “Negociador 365” about Enneagram and negotiation
