Often you have to rely on intuition. ~ Bill Gates

But can you rely on your intuition if you haven’t yet tapped into it or have blocked it in some way? Here are some thoughts for each Enneagram type, ways to gain greater access to their intuition.

ONES
Because you are an Enneagram type formed in the Body Center of Intelligence, this is your first access point to your intuition. However, if you migrate to your head so quickly and don’t completely “own” your Body Center out of anxiety that you really are as angry as you are, your intuitive capacity will also suffer. “Re-own” your body and anger, and access your intuition.

TWOS
Because you are an Enneagram type formed in the Heart Center of Intelligence, this is your first access point to your intuition. However, if you only stay with your own feelings just enough to be feeling-resonant and then repress them because you feel uncomfortable with how deep they go, you won’t completely “own” your Heart Center. “Re-own” all of your heart, know that what you feel matters, and access your intuition.

THREES
Because you are an Enneagram type formed in the Heart Center of Intelligence, this is your first access point to your intuition. However, when you push your own feelings to the side because you have work to do or your feelings cause you anxiety, you are also bypassing your own the depth. “Re-own” all of your heart, know that your emotional depth is both powerful and a source of knowing who you really are, and then you can access your full intuition.

FOURS
Because you are an Enneagram type formed in the Heart Center of Intelligence, this is your first access point to your intuition. However, if you think your strong feelings in the moments are your real feelings, you won’t completely “own” your whole Heart Center. “Re-own” all of your heart, find your emotional balance in these deeper realms, and access your intuition.

FIVES
Because you are an Enneagram type formed in the Head Center of Intelligence, this is your first access point to your intuition. However, when you identify with and use your Head Center so intensely, where is the room for its deep wisdom and intuition to emerge? Relax the intensity in your head, become more receptive to your thoughts rather than identifying so closely with them, and access your intuition.

SIXES
Because you are an Enneagram type formed in the Head Center of Intelligence, this is your first access point to your intuition. However, when your Head Center is always so busy and complicated, where is the space for your insight to emerge? Calm your head through calming your body, realize that insights and projections share a similar way of working internally and that when you are calm, your insights will emerge so you can access your intuition.

SEVENS
Because you are an Enneagram type formed in the Head Center of Intelligence, this is your first access point to your intuition. However, with so many ideas swirling in your head to stimulate you, where is the opportunity for an insight to appear and would you even notice it? Create pockets of silent-mind, a place in your mind that is open, spacious and where you can access your intuition.

EIGHTS
Because you are an Enneagram type formed in the Body Center of Intelligence, this is your first access point to your intuition. However, if you over-use your Body Center and mistake your gut instinct for intuition, your intuitive capacity will also suffer. “Re-own” your somatic receptivity, and access your intuition.

NINES
Because you are an Enneagram type formed in the Body Center of Intelligence, this is your first access point to your intuition. However, you vacate your body so regularly and thoroughly, leaving only a hint of being in it, you are giving up a large quantity of your intuitive capacity as well. “Re-own” your body, trust your gut, and access your intuition.
