As one of the Co-Founders of Global Leadership Foundation, Gayle is passionate about making a positive difference to people’s lives, their businesses and communities – both local and global. She brings, along with her enthusiasm, over 30 years of experience and recognised expertise in emotional health and resilience, leadership development and transformation, strategic planning and implementation, leading and implementing organisational change, Board and Executive mentoring and coaching and strategic human resource management.

Amongst her professional accreditations, she is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders and a Fellow and former Board Member of Leadership Victoria.

Gayle is also the co-author of ‘Working with Emotional Health and the Enneagram’ – an important reference for anyone wanting to raise their own levels of emotional health.

Malcolm Lazenby is internationally recognized for his expertise in developing, strengthening and transforming individuals, teams, organizations and communities.

With over 25 years of experience, Malcolm has been recognized for his work in developing and applying emotional health levels combined with the Enneagram as a way to identify both the current and desired organizational culture, current leadership behaviors and growth potential, and he has developed ways of integrating the Enneagram with the cultural change process. In addition, Malcolm has had extensive experience in developing Emotional Intelligence in leaders using the Enneagram, including measuring the impact this has on the bottom line of the business.

As co-founder of Global Leadership Foundation, Malcolm upholds the principles of self-realization, collaboration, and stewardship and is passionate about making a positive difference to people’s lives and their businesses and communities – both local and global. About Tracy

Tracy Tresidder is an experienced coach, author, lecturer, speaker, mentor and the ICFA 2009 Coach of the Year (NSW).

Tracy has a Masters in Education, is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), an Assessor and the President of the ICF Australasia, a member of the University of Sydney’s Coaching and Mentoring Association, and nearly a certified Enneagram Teacher from the Palmer/Daniels school (complete in Oct 2013). She has been a coach for 12 years and has taught communication and leadership at the university level. She has trained and studied the Enneagram for eight years with some of the world’s best teachers and has found this to help her move to a deeper level of exploration and understanding, not only as a coach herself but also with her clients, which has meant many more “aha” moments.

Currently, Tracy leads her own coaching and training company, conducts Enneagram workshops and teleclasses, and works with individuals and teams to develop better leadership and communication skills. She facilitates powerful conversations that enable clients to identify obstacles and underlying thinking patterns that may be preventing them from reaching full potential; and then works with clients to develop access to new choices and possibilities. She is passionate about helping people lead a conscious life through deeper understanding of the Enneagram.
