About Tracy

Tracy Tresidder is an experienced coach, author, lecturer, speaker, mentor and the ICFA 2009 Coach of the Year (NSW).

Tracy has a Masters in Education, is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), an Assessor and the President of the ICF Australasia, a member of the University of Sydney’s Coaching and Mentoring Association, and nearly a certified Enneagram Teacher from the Palmer/Daniels school (complete in Oct 2013). She has been a coach for 12 years and has taught communication and leadership at the university level. She has trained and studied the Enneagram for eight years with some of the world’s best teachers and has found this to help her move to a deeper level of exploration and understanding, not only as a coach herself but also with her clients, which has meant many more “aha” moments.

Currently, Tracy leads her own coaching and training company, conducts Enneagram workshops and teleclasses, and works with individuals and teams to develop better leadership and communication skills. She facilitates powerful conversations that enable clients to identify obstacles and underlying thinking patterns that may be preventing them from reaching full potential; and then works with clients to develop access to new choices and possibilities. She is passionate about helping people lead a conscious life through deeper understanding of the Enneagram.
