Chloé is a certified Enneagram coach, teacher and speaker. She founded Dixit Ennéagramme, an accredited IEA school (AES) running three accredited training programs (ATP) in 2014. After completing the Narrative Tradition professional training program in Paris with Eric Salmon, she attended most of Ginger Lapid-Bogda’s intensive Enneagram programs, eventually becoming an EIBN Senior Member.
Holding a master’s degree in organizational communication from the Université de Montréal, she has worked in Marketing and Communication internationally for 12 years. French and Argentinean, she speaks English, French, and Spanish, and has traveled to more than 50 countries.
To her, one does not need to come from different countries or speak different languages to have intercultural dilemmas, miscommunications, and interpersonal toxicity: “As humans, we are all strangers to each other just by being unique within our own cultural identities. Greater self-awareness and understanding of individual differences, as the Enneagram map proposes, is a fundamental key to a path towards social peace: inclusiveness, diversity, openness, curiosity, compassion and benevolence.” She often tells her students: “Welcome to 350 years of self-growth, and we are all in it together!” explaining how, without concrete regular practices aiming at stretching one’s comfort zone and level of self-mastery, knowing one’s Enneagram profile doesn’t do anything, except maybe increase ego traps and spiritual bypasses.

Heidi Kikoler is an executive and team coach working in house at a large public sector organization in Canada undergoing significant structural and cultural change. She brings over 15 years of experience in coaching, training, and consulting, supporting leaders and teams navigating complexity, sustained pressure, and transformation.
Heidi holds a Master’s degree from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business.
