Alice has been working in the Southern Africa region for over 15 years – designing and managing women’s empowerment programs and supporting the capacity-building of organizations that promote human rights. She applies the Enneagram with other approaches and models in coaching, training and mentoring to develop individuals’ agency with the aim of enhancing their collective leadership in women movements and networks for social justice across southern Africa. Alice has coached senior executives in the corporate, government and non-profit sectors in cross-cultural contexts across the globe. She earned an MA in Integral Coaching Practice (Middlesex University, UK); a Post Graduate Diploma in Integral Coaching Practice (The Coaching Centre, Cape Town) where she is an Associate coach; and a number of Ginger Lapid-Bogda’s certificated Enneagram training programs. She also holds an MPhil in Media and Communication Studies (University of Oslo, Norway); a BA in Literature (University of Zimbabwe); and a Post Graduate Diploma in Media and Communication Studies (University of Zimbabwe).
Alice is an avid reader, writer and editor and has published extensively in the area of public policy, governance and women’s rights.
